The best breakfast is low in fat and filling. Here are some low-fat breakfast recipes that are filling and will energize your day! Most require little more effort than mixing ingredients together and possibly cooking. Some require a bit more effort from preparing and cooking. There are also some that should be prepared the night before.
Breakfast should never be skipped even if it is only a piece of fruit, yogurt or cereal. Fast-food breakfasts and candy bars should be avoided if at all possible.
